📦 Orders & Shipping

1️⃣ How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2️⃣ How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within the USA takes 3–7 business days. International shipping may take 10–20 business days.

3️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination.

4️⃣ Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help!

5️⃣ How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking link via email. You can track your package online.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

6️⃣ What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

7️⃣ How do I request a return?
Email us at petsups@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

8️⃣ When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

9️⃣ Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

🔟 What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

Yes! All products are pet-friendly and tested for safety and durability.

Availability is shown on each product page. If out of stock, you may sign up for restock alerts.

Not currently, but we are working to introduce customization options soon!
